It was bad enough that President Barack Obama lost his US Senate super majority to a Republican. Now it turns out that Scott Brown, the newly elected senator from Massachusetts, is Mr Obama’s cousin.

Running tally of Barack Obama’s “coincidental” family ties: Dick Cheney, Warren Buffett, Scott Brown.

According to the New York Post, “Obama is related to Vice President Dick Cheney through a 17th-century descendant, as well as President Bush” which of course means Bush and Cheney are also related, odd in and of itself. “In addition to John Kerry, Marilyn Monroe and Princess Di and half a dozen ex-presidents, Bush is related to Pocahontas’ living relatives.”

U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, the reserve soldier who says he shouldn’t have to go to Afghanistan because he believes Barack Obama was never eligible to be president, has had his deployment orders revoked, Army officials said.

Lt. Col. Maria Quon, U.S. Army Public Affairs Officer, U.S. Army Human Resources Command-St. Louis, said Tuesday evening, Cook was no longer expected to report Wednesday to MacDill Air Force Base in Florida for mobilization to active duty.

His reason?

Barack Obama was never eligible to be president because he wasn’t born in the United States.

Cook’s lawyer, Orly Taitz, who has also challenged the legitimacy of Obama’s presidency in other courts, filed a request last week in federal court seeking a temporary restraining order and status as a conscientious objector for her client.

President Obama’s top science and technology advisor John P. Holdren co-authored a 1977 book in which he advocated the formation of a “planetary regime” that would use a “global police force” to enforce totalitarian measures of population control, including forced abortions, mass sterilization programs conducted via the food and water supply, as well as mandatory bodily implants that would prevent couples from having children.

Obama also blasted allegations of some in the Iranian government that the United States is “instigating protests” as “patently false and absurd.”

Would this leave the top jobs open only to lesser qualified people who were not able to compete for higher paying jobs further down the corporate ladder?
