Bill Text: An employer shall provide an appropriate private, secure and sanitary room or other location where the employee under subsection 2 can express her milk in privacy. The room or location must be in close proximity to the work area and may not be a bathroom.
I am 100% in favor of breastfeeding over formula. And I am 100% against the state telling private businesses what services must be provided to employees.
Instead of forcing employers to turn their property into nurseries away from home, how about cutting taxes on working people so that mothers can afford to stay home and raise their children?
