Binyam Mohammed: US torture victim?

Without question, this would not be the first time a prisoner made false allegations against his captors regarding alleged mistreatment, abuse, etc. If this man’s tales are true, it may prove very problematic one day for US government officials charged with crimes against humanity for their roles in the invasion of Iraq and all of the associated crimes and coverups that went along with it.

Benyam Mohammed travelled from London to Afghanistan in July 2001, but after September 11 he fled to Pakistan. He was arrested at Karachi airport on April 10 2002, and describes being flown by a US government plane to a prison in Morocco. These are extracts from his diary.
